What is the return policy?
The returned item must have been purchased through our online store.
All returns must be requested via WhatsApp (+27 61 534 7756) or email (info@lfrique.com) and approved before sending.
Return Conditions
The item must have been purchased directly from our online store and must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Free of makeup stains, scents, or odours
- Returned in its original packaging
- Returned at your own cost unless faulty
- Not a bodysuit, underwear, swimwear, or accessory (these are final sale)
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to incorrect size selection or misuse.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free delivery on all South African orders over R1000.
For orders under R1000, a flat shipping fee of R100 applies nationwide.
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days across South Africa. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship using trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other international partners.
Due to rising international courier and customs-related shipping costs from South Africa, our flat international shipping rate is now R900 worldwide.
Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your location.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
Please ensure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout, as couriers and customs authorities may contact you directly regarding customs clearance or delivery updates.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days across South Africa and 5–15 business days internationally depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
We're a Cape Town, South Africa based brand, run entirely by women, mothers and daughters, with a growing marketing and sales team of Muslim women. We're home based, and our pieces are designed and made locally, by hand.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+27 61 534 7756) or email (info@lfrique.com) if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
